Cruise Vacation

Day 1:
Long Beach/Board ship!!
On our way to Long Beach!
Arrive at boat and take a pre-board pic!
U203 and U207
Once settled in we took a tour of the ship and it was amazing!
First night at dinner singing YMCA!
Off to Karaoke!!
Day 2:
Catalina/Formal Night
We took golf carts to the top of the island! Josh was making
me laugh soo hard during the entire ride!
Pretty Joc!
Sitting in the back of our golf cart enjoying each other
and the views!
Catalina was so beautiful! We loved it!
Formal dinner!
Comedy show!
(He is so HANDSOME!)

Day 3:
These candy carts were EVERYWHERE!
The start of our ATV adventure!
Had to rock the skull helmet..
Excited for our journey ahead
We mean business.
The coast!
La Bufadora
aka: The blow hole.
It took us forty-five minutes to get to the blow hole. We only had our ATV's for two hours. We stayed at la bufadora for a total of seven minutes. It was the coolest thing I got to see on the cruise!! Once we got back on our ATV's we had to rush back so we wouldn't have to pay a late fee. Josh and I got a flat tire on the way back and had to stop to get it fixed! I was nervous about being in Mexico at first, but by the end of the day I loved it there! Everyone we met was so nice and it was a really fun day! We didn't have to pay a late fee..even though we were late :)
Dinner time!
Day 4:
Day at Sea!
Day at sea was so fun because it was the relaxing day of the trip. A bunch of people went to the top deck and played b-ball, went hot tubbing, laid out, and just relaxed while looking out at the beautiful ocean! This day was especially fun for me because Josh bought me five treatments at the spa! I got a hair treatment, facial, neck/shoulders massage, arm/hands massage, and a scalp massage! He is the sweetest Hubby!
In our robes getting ready for our final dinner of the trip!
Of course we treated ourselves at dinner...
Rex is where we lived from 11:30 to 2:00am every night!
The girls at the "Vegas Show"
On our way back home!

Josh and Candice's daily routine while on cruise:
Wake up: 11:00
Eat breakfast: 12:00
Go on adventures: 12:00-4:30pm
Nap time: 5:00-7:00pm
Dinner: 8:15pm
Shows/Karaoke: 9:30-11:30pm
Club Rex/Casino: 11:30pm-2:00am

We had so much fun with our friends on this cruise! It was so relaxing and exactly what we both needed after a long summer and a stressful semester! I am so grateful for my hard working Husband and all he does for me!
Dear Josh,
My favorite part of our adventure was spending time with you in our freezing room ordering room service, watching movies, taking naps and wearing our matching robes! I laughed the whole time in Catalina when that man was following us in his golf cart and you kept saying the funniest things! I loved riding on the back of the ATV with you on the streets of Mexico! I am so glad you were there to block the cold wind for me. Thank you for my spa day! I love our inside jokes and the fact that no matter what we are doing I am having fun cause I am with you! All it takes is a look and we know what the other one is thinking. We understand each other and we love each other and it shows! You are my best friend and there is no one I would want to spend my life with besides you! Thanks for everything you do for me! I had the best vacation with you! :)
Love, Cando!

Nothing Bundt Cake..

There are many things I love in this world, but some more than
others...Below is a list of some of the things I love in no special order:
1. Joshua Brock Hunting.
2. Settebello Pizza.
3. Diet coke.
4. Teaching preschool.
5. Chocolate on Chocolate bundt cakes.
Definition: Chocolate cake with Chocolate frosting=Delicious!
6. Dancing
7. Family
8. Getting pedicures
9. Vacations
10. Sundays
As you can see number 5 is highlighted. My beautiful Mother and I made a chocolate on chocolate bundt cake for fun the other night and it was exactly that. FUN!! She taught me how to spread icing on a cake(I was really bad and that is putting it lightly). "It's all in the wrist honey. Back and forth and back and forth." She would say to me while taking the knife from my shaky hands. I obviously need some practice. Needless to say we had a great time creating this masterpiece together and if you are wondering...YES it did taste AMAZING! :)

Concert of My Dreams..

The Rocket Summer is my favorite band ever! Well I think it is important that everyone knows "The Rocket Summer" is just one person. His name is Bryce Avery and his music has influenced my life a ton! I had the chance to go to an intimate sing along acoustic concert last night and it was 100% amazing. If you are not a fan or have never heard of him..I suggest you listen to the lyrics of this music. Every song in every album speaks to my heart. I LOVE IT!!! ahh!! So many amazing things happened at this concert and it was really cool to be apart of it.

We started the night out by going to eat at the delicious Settebello Pizzeria which is by FAR my favorite restaurant EVER!! If you have not eaten is in salt lake and you MUST try it before you die. Seriously, put it on your bucket is as if you traveled to Naples Italy in a matter of seconds! NO JOKE! :)
After dinner we went to the concert.
The opening bands were great, but the real magic started when Bryce walked on stage. Not only was it an intimate concert, but he played for 2 whole hours!! In concert time that is like a century!! Here are some pictures and video's of the best night ever! :)

Me and Dee just enjoying the music!

Top Six Moments of The Night:
1. Going to Settebello after 2 years of not eating it!!
(Amazing authentic Italian Pizza!!)
2. Being with Deidre
(bestie/rocket summer fanatic as well)
3. Bryce Avery crowd surfing
4. Marriage proposal on stage
5. Singing my heart out to all my favorite songs from the past 5 years
(It was almost like a trip down memory lane...Every song
song has a different memory for me)
6. Recording awesome video's!!
Had to get the matching concert tee's!!
Best night Ever Dee! :)
